Leger Holidays Reviews
I recently went on a coach holiday with this company. Everything was on time but there can be traffic hold ups with jams and roadworks! The coach was comfortable and the driver stopped for rest periods. The hotel was a 3 star close to a spectacular beach and was adequate. The catering was excellent! I went on the excursions included in the package and visited some lovely places.
Just got back from a holiday with leger holidays to callea spain which my wife done as a surprise for my 60th and wedding anniversary together my wife and i had a great time the coach journey there was excellent regular stops for toilet breaks and a stretch. Our two drivers Geoff and katrina were brilliant serving regular drinks and making the trip pleasant all the people on the coach were pleasant the hotel in spain was so nice the best we've stayed in lovely staff lovely bar the guy at the bar was great really friendly nice room. Overall our journey there and our return journey was brill the only thing that was not good at all was the ibis hotel on the return journey the room was horrible not a nice breakfast not polite French staff. Not really interested in trying to speak some english if i was leger should try and use a different hotel. Once again a big thank you to Geoff and katrina well done guys for making our holiday lovely. Hope to see you on another holiday soon
I went on the 4 countries trip and swiss glacier express and overall it was a great trip. The coach I was on was silver service, it was tidy had nice seats and other accessories such as charging points and headsets which was very handy. The drivers Alex and Dave were fantastic, very kind, funny and respectful throughout the whole trip and a pleasure to talk to. The excursions were very pleasant and all ran very smoothly. The hotels were decent and offered a good service. I overall very much recommend leger holidays.
I recently went on a 4 night tour to Scarborough. Driver was great hotel superb. My criticism is too many destinations crammed into day excursion. Example visit to Flamborough head stop for 1 hour it was teeming nobody got off coach but even if fine pointless. Then on to Bridlington coach Park 1.5 ml from centre. Most people are hard pressed to get to center & back in 1.5 hours pointless. Incidentally if Leger paid a permit they could alight us in the resort. Very bad logistics. On to Whitby with a decent stop should have taken us there & bypassed the other stops. I will not go with them again. I will source a better holiday with excursions to one place only.
Having returned from a fabulous tour of Austria with excellent tour guides/ drivers, it's disappointing to say the least that I'm left chasing a return for an excursion that was cancelled. I called Leger 5 days ago and am still waiting in a call back. Leger if you want to retain customers you need step up on service. Good training , good service costs very little, and once embedded in a company produces more income. I don't suppose anyone from Leger will respond to this, but who knows
Excellent customer service
Booked our ‘Christmas in Austria & Scenic Trains of the Tyrol’ through George on the customer Helpline. Nothing was too much trouble, everything clearly & patiently explained. He even had permission to log in on his day off to finalise the sale! A charming and helpful young person and a credit to the company.
Been on two tours now the “D Day beaches” and “ All Quiet on the Western Front” tour of the Somme and Ypres. Both four days in total, two travelling and two on the site of the various battles. This is outstanding value for money, picked up from Carlisle , Cumbria and literally looked after all the way through the tours. The coaches are great and the accommodation spot on . The guides are very knowledgeable ( Mark Hope brilliant guy)and the bus drivers professional . Absolutely fantastic .
just returned from a solos break to valkenburg and rhine valley i enjoyed the break overall although both journeys were considerably longer than expected due to several picks ups. I could have done without the 3 countries meeting point excursion to be honest and the lunch on rhine cruise was very basic. The drivers/couriers were efficient and good humoured and provided free lunch vouchers on the ferry which were much appreciated. I probably would book another break with leger but to somewhere a lot closer to home.
just returned from Italian holiday. It was great spoilt a little by the high temperature even Ledger can't control that. The only real thing to spoil the trip was one of the hotels. The Krystall hotel in Diano Marina was terrible the room was dire with cracks in shower bogged up shower fittings noe control for AC end so on. The food was very poor, limited choice luke warm food on cold plates. After 4 evening meals (3 or four courses) we were only able to remember 2 we enjoyed. Breakfast was poor no bread except for hard rolls. No fresh fruit if you liked cake for breakfast you were good. If this is a 3 star hotel Italian standards have fallen which I don't think they have. Ledger brochure states "some of Europes most fascinating unique hotels" for Luxuria trips. This hotel should be removed from your list at once. The holiday was other wise good I cannot praise your coach crew too to much they were excellent. A highlight of the trip was the return trip through the swiss alps. It was superb and deserves mention in your holiday iteniary description.
We have been working with them for nearly a year now as Sussex Airports Taxis, and they offer the best customer service ever. All their customers are always happy when they return from their holidays. We look forward to continuing our partnership for many more years to come.
We booked a holiday to Edinburgh with some excursions. In the travel agents we booked the excursion to sterling which we didn’t do as they went to Loch Lomond instead. The drivers Mike and Heidi were not very polite at times. Moaning that they weren’t allowed to sell alcohol to passengers and then trying to on the sly. Mike quote “if I leave this and £3 appears then great” They read off Google for facts and read like they couldn’t be bothered. Which there was very little facts passed along. We did an excursion to glassglow which was 20 mins away from our hotel. We left at 13:00 meaning we only got around 3 hours there. The trip was lots of people in their 70s meaning they walk slow, some with mobility issues. So not a lot of time there. The Edinburgh tattoo was fantastic but again we left the hotel at 13:00 meaning less time there. When we asked about why we left late they just huffed and said because of legal hours for drivers. While I appreciate this and they need a break there were two drivers. Meaning one could drive the night before and the other the next day meaning we are not left sat around the hotel untill 13:00 each day with very little to do in this area of eaglesham. This was my first trip with ledger and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed at this mainly due to the drivers. The trip was far from cheap and there was no value for money I feel.
I was told by a customer service advisor (Michael) , our hotel overlooked the River Seine, which was totally untrue. It was nowhere in sight and a good walk to get to it. My view from the hotel room was a wall and a window, There was no porterage available and although our drivers offered, after a 15 hour journey to France, we all opted to take our own luggage. To get into the shower there was a step to it and the floor of the shower was like an ice rink when wet, with nothing to hold onto. ( I showered wearing my slippers to avoid slipping). The plunger to the sink was unusable; (the lever to retrieve it was broken). The staff were pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfortable and clean abd the breakfast was worthy of the 3 stars given. Otherwise, I have stayed in a better 2* hotel in France. The driver and travel rep, Paul were both very friendly and pleasant but it was the first time Paul had been on this trip and therefore had little knowledge of the places we visited! There was no commentary and the history of Monet and Versailles was read out from a book! All in all, nothing would persuade me to take part in another Leger tour.
Due to covid it was 3rd time lucky for us to visit lake Garda, what a treat. One or two hiccups but no fault of Legers at all. Praise to Graham and Chris for their excellent driving and coffee service. Our visit to Verona, our guide was very informative but did walk at a pace sometimes had to hurry to keep up. A lovely holiday
Many thanks to Molly.
I have recently booked a trip to Le Mans and had the good fortune to speak to Molly. She was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She was able to answer all but one of my queries with clarity and promised to ring me with the answer to the un-answered question as it required further investigation. This she duly did. An unusually pleasant experience when making a booking over the phone, if only it could be this easy every the time.
Hard to give this trip a rating as it was very enjoyable and the drivers and guide were top class but the length of time spent travelling home was simply appalling and left us all shattered for days. Journey from Newcastle to Dover was fine with several pick ups on the way and we actually got an earlier ferry than planned so that was really good. The hotel was basic but ok , very clean with a decent bar , we were told before arriving that there would be food available on arrival ( Friday) but the restaurant was closed all weekend due to no staff, however we were taken into Caen at no extra cost which was brilliant. Breakfast was sparse and basic but ok . The actual D Day trips were brilliant with Pégasus bridge a particularly highlight and Ian the guide was spot on and very knowledgeable. Our disappointment was the journey home, we had to be up at 05:00 and on the road at 06:00 , in fairness we expected an early start so that wasn’t a shock but what was was when arrived at 24 to change coaches just outside Dover. We saw that our coach was going to Northampton, Leicester ,Sheffield and Leeds !! Not in any way the route we expected to Newcastle !! The journey was interminable with numerous drop offs in the above locations and others. It culminated in getting a taxi from Leeds with another passenger who lived in Harrogate. The three of us were crushed in the back seat while the other passenger directed the taxi driver through 50 minutes of country lanes eventually dropping her near her home, we then eventually set off to Newcastle . We eventually arrived in Newcastle around midnight 21 hrs later. We were tired , irritable and thoroughly exhausted. We really enjoyed the trip and we were discussing which trip to do next until our return journey and we all agreed that while this hadn’t spoiled our trip the journey home had totally changed our mind and we would never to this again . So in conclusion a great trip , Caen is lovely , the D Day tour was something we will never forget but sadly so was the trip home hence the three stars. Please Leger when taking people north don’t go via Northampton!
Four Countries New Year & the Swiss Glacier Express
Firstly we must thank Alex and Dave our tour guide / drivers who entertained us through out . The tour was fantastic so was the hotel’s food and entertainment. The tour was through the new year holidays as expected lots of shops closed and hotels were understaffed which was lost on some travelers. We travelled back from stop 24 on a luxuria coach I would recommend paying the extra for the comfort alone
Great company. We did the 4 day D Day Normandy Landing tour.We had 2 great driver's John and Ian.. Nothing was a problem for them. They kept us safe and entertained. Then we had Fred Greenhow as our guide And he was outstanding. He told us everything we wanted to know. Can't praise them enough Thank you all. We will do more tours with them......
Booked a surprise Birthday treat for my wife 40th to visit The Edinburgh Military Tattoo, All done via work, put all information in the B/card,so excited, one week before trip Cancelled!!! Due to not enough interest?? No Alternative! Never touch them again
I'd like to go lowerthan one star .my trip over to Italy nearly 36 hours in total.the driver and his wife gave thier mother a seat that was paid for and reserved at a price by another lady who was finally allowed to sit at the front with the drivers mother .( that was good of them considering the lady had paid for 2 holidays and one couldn't make it . I had the cheek to ask for coffee only the women driver to have conversation loud enough for my earshot to her husband then put over the tannoy that coffee will be when they are ready. ( i had bought 24 tickets for drinks on steves advice )but i quietly corrected them saying that they really shouldn't do that so I could hear. Then a barrage of abuse came from her for then her husband to face me off at my seat and a threats to get my case off and find my own way home his face red with rage pointing in my face with comments saying they don't have to take that from me.as they are fed up with people and they have to work 21 hours etc etc .they people were shouting STOP STOP STOP .he continued his rant and saying I would be dropped at the next service station. ( FRANCE) it was raining and I had no idea where I was going or had been.He the gave me a can of diet coke and said i could have it free but no oppology! 15 hours later in italy I wanted to leave and get a plane home .legers were no help but another coach arrived same sort of holiday shearings with nice drivers .No Rome visit and I could be with them for the remainder of time. I did go out on a couple of trips and the bus and drivers were amazing .I was told by legers eventually I can do the return journey with then but my holiday was ruined I cried and slept and am emotionally traumatised . On the plus side the coach i arrived on the doors kept opening in the wind the coach had to pull over and close the door so we could only use side door which was a fire hazzard ! Still no apology last day is today I'm spending in my room .I just want to return to England because I will be getting a solicitor for the abuse i suffered and the money I paid and for the wasted week over Christmas not to mention the anxiety I have suffered .the hotel and food was abysmal. The worse week ever and £1500 spent my nerves are in shreads .I can't wait to see the reviews and already I am flooded with statements from other passengers about how bad it is and my how I should fight for my injustice of it all .this time it must go to court so people are heard and intimidation like this is not allowed
Holiday booked in January to depart end of August however two weeks before departure my husband suffered a heart attack. Leger contacted to see if we could rearrange the date due to the current circumstances. Initially told by customer services that if we had contacted two months earlier we could have quite an insensitive responce as you do not know when a heart attack will occur. Two emails sent no responce to either. Further telephone call to be told no date change but could change names. No family wished to travel as heart attack was serious. I find it hard to understand that a long standing company could not be more understanding and try to support in such a difficult time. We were not asking for a refund just a date change. Ensure you have insurance as Leger are happy to take your money but not happy to support in time of crisis.
This was our first experience of using Leger Holidays on our D Day Landings tour and will hopefully not be our last. We had a lovely couple who were our driver and assistant (Nigel and Lis). Our guide Mark Allen was absolutely superb. His knowledge and utter passion regarding this terrible era was second to none. A definite must for those with an interest or may have had a family member involved in WW2. Kleenex definitely needed for the cemetery visits.
Went on the “Picturebook Italy” left on April 8 with Leger Silver service. Chris and Dean were the drivers. We went for 12 days. There was way too much driving in a day, hotels were mostly ok except for the Hotel Villa Laura in Fuggi which we HAD to stay at for 3 days of the trip. My bedroom had mold and cobwebs on the ceiling and bathroom. The toilet when flushed made a screeching noise that was so loud and long and the bed felt like you were sleeping on a board. Everyone in the bus had the same complaints. The food was inedible, we were starving. Chris the driver told everyone that he “ had their backs” but lied. He asked us what was wrong then called Leger who had someone come out and scrub down the rooms while we were in Rome. This hotel was no way a 3 star. It was lucky to be even called a hostel. Chris was rude, to most of the passengers. I tried to pay him for the drinks I got on the bus and he got really mad at me, telling me that he wasn’t the one that took the money that it was Dean that took it. He turned away from me and clenched his fists and contorted his face. His whole body was shaking just because I wanted to give him money. When I got off the bus and confronted him about it, he lied straight to my face. He told me that “ no love, I wasn’t mad”. He was also really rude to a fellow driver on another Leger coach who was having trouble getting through the tolls. The other driver asked For help and Chris backed up our bus and moved to another toll entrance then proceeded to call the driver names, saying through his microphone that we the passengers should be happy that we didn’t have that driver and that he should just throw his bus license in the river and get another job. We had an 87yr old lady on the bus who go lost at the Trevi fountain. Our tour guide called him and told he to leave her. What a nasty, nasty person he is. Two women went around asking for everyone to give some money for the drivers at the end of the trio, they collected £150 and they never even said thank you. He, in my opinion should be the last person that does this for a living. He hates his job. The bathroom on the bus was out of order 4 days before we came home. It also leaked into 3 passengers cases. They ( the drivers) tried to tell the passengers that it was just water, but it wasn’t. They got us off the bus and then drove away. Passengers later saw them rolling up the mats from where the luggage is stored, and stacking them by some trash cans in Sorrento. They totally were covering up what had happened. The lady that was sat next to me showed me her case and it stunk of urine. We complained to Leger when we got home and were told that they apologize and offered us £50 for our trouble. They then offered us £90, What an insult. One of the passengers had to wear the same clothes for days. He couldn’t even keep his case in the hotel room because the smell of urine was so bad. He had to keep it on the bus. Leger needs to up their game and if they promise a 3 star hotel then the passengers should get that. They also need to check out the drivers. They can make or break a holiday. The trip wasn’t cheap and we as passengers shouldn’t be treated second class just because we were on their silver service.
I’ve just returned from Legers Christmas in Tuscany holiday and REALLY ENJOYED it despite a group of passengers with their own agendas, unsuccessfully, attempting to ruin everyone’s Christmas holiday. A witch hunt was instigated, not only against our brilliant drivers, but other passengers and hotel staff too. I over heard one particular passenger say they should all put in negative feedback and claim compensation!! The knowledge and professionalism of our drivers ‘Steve and Helen’ drove us 1,083 miles safely and very professionally, making adequate rest stops en route, ensuring the toilet on the bus was usable throughout the journey and drinks and snacks were offered at timely intervals once our travels got underway. They went above and beyond to try and keep everyone happy, but it was to no avail with certain passengers, which was terribly sad to witness. The silver service coach is not suitable for continuous journeys of this length, an overnight hotel should be factored into the itinerary as >21hours as a passenger is not healthy and it would also remove the need for driver swaps. The majority of the passengers had travelled for 36 hours by the time they arrived at the hotel, they were exhausted and moral was low. The hotel Mizar was clean and welcoming. The bar area was comfortable but the prices were high, I went to the Rivoli bar across the road and would join the locals, absorbing the friendly Italian culture. My room 405, had a balcony with lovely views, was clean, comfortable and quiet. Cleaners came in every day, including Christmas Day. The safe in the wardrobe didn’t work, it wasn’t a problem for me as I always carry my valuables with me anyway! However, if you’re travelling with the Crown Jewels, you can secure them in the Hotels safe. Breakfast offered a good choice and selection, sadly, due to the toxicity of the witch hunt group, I opted to go to Rivoli bar for reasonably priced coffee and fresh out of the oven pastry’s and croissants, I would also pick up a salad or sandwiches and drinks for the days fantastic Florence and Sienna excursions. I gave Rome a miss and a few of us caught a taxi to Montepulciano and spent time photographing scenes used in Twilight Saga film and exploring its 60,000 years of history. Dinners really let this hotel down, no fresh vegetables were available with the main courses. Christmas Lunch consisted of turkey, chips and chestnut, raisins and sauce like gravy, very tasty but fresh veg instead of the lettuce and tomatoes would have been more appreciated.. The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely lovely and attentive. The journey home wasn’t as well organised as the outbound journey, we changed drivers at Reims which resulted in a delay causing us to miss our scheduled ferry, the new driver didn’t know which lane to get into at the ferry terminal and switched 3 lanes which pushed us further back in the queue. On arrival at Stop 24 the transfer coaches had left without us so few of us had to locate-our new coaches. Through all the chaos, I eventually found my coach. Paul the co driver was rude and when I requested clarification of my final journeys taxi he shouted and was in my opinion very aggressive in his manner (I felt it was my fault the coach was late in departing and I should feel privileged to be on there) however, the driver told Paul to phone someone for clarification just to cover his back, which he did. We were all very tired, stressed and anxious, wanting to get home asap. I didn’t blame him in the slightest, it’s not an easy job for the crew, they do work long, stressful and sometimes unappreciated hours, so it’s understandable. I arrived home 22.30pm, 2 and a half hours later than planned. I was due at work at 01.50 am, so I cancelled my shift, lost a days work, but Instead, I’m cracking on with my very smelly post holiday washing, lol! In conclusion, I would go on another Leger’s singles coach trip, but not Silver service for that distance. Will I travel with Steve and Helen again? Absolutely YES, YES, YES!
Been on a few Leger holidays, Picture Book Italy, Small Trains of Austria and Green Pastures of Spain, Luxeria Coach, can't beat the comfort, great hosts, and sites of great interest, makes your holidays memories to remember, looking forward to plenty more. Some of the best holidays I've ever had, I can highly recommend them xx
Another great holiday
Another great holiday. A return trip by Luxuria to Nuremberg and surrounding towns. Coach and crew first class. DFDS ferry Dover to Dunkirk with free lunch which was excellent. Small family hotel in Schusselfelt. Great food and staff.Only down side was no food in the overnight hotel in Wavre, but the crew had warned us and we made our own plans. Overall holiday 5 Stars.
Hard to rate my battlefield tour to Normandy given the extreme pluses and negatives. The biggest single negative which would stop me going again is the 'killer' journey. The feeder system is obviously finalised only a few days before departure so you only get your itinerary a week or so before departure. My pick up time from Whitby turned out to be 1:30am with a transfer on the street in Leeds at 3:45am. Arrival in Normandy was 11pm after a missed ferry.... so 21 hrs on the road and 39 hrs after getting up on Thursday morning. I never really recovered in the 3 days following given the 6:30-8:30am starts. In summary, other +'s and -'s were:- +'s Drivers and guide great on the feeder services and main tour Tour itself very comprehensive with a great value museum entry and meal option. Hotel clean but very basic -'s Travelling time Main tour couch (contracted in so not a Leger coach) fairly tired with duct tape covering previous damage and a constantly sounding water level alarm. Feeder services obviously awarded on a least cost basis. Outward taxi driver claimed to have worked a 20hr shift and return taxi driver had very little grasp of the journey required.
Spa F1 Belgium what can I say but amazing. Pick up at canklow followed by a long journey to Dover but plenty of stops for stretching the legs toilet and getting food. The coach was great comfortable seats even a screen for everyone to watch a movie listen to music watch a series or just follow the journey, our drivers Neil and Steve kept us up to date and was really friendly. Explained everything to us at the ferry port and made everything run smoothly. Our hotel the Novahotel was clean and comfortable breakfast could have been better but was ok, burger place a stone throw away was really good as don't get back till 8.30/9 Ish from the F1 track and not a bad price . The Saturday and Sunday at the track no words to describe how good it was. Thank you ledger travel for looking after us and sorting everything out. Looking at booking for next year too . Hope we get the same bus and drivers. It is a lot of travelling to and from Belgium and to and from the track with the traffic but it's well worth it If I could change anything it would be to get a ferry earlier so we have a few hours chill time when you arrive at the hotel or time to explore
Having been on several holidays with leger over the last 6 years, I can’t rate them enough. Yes, the travel days are long, but you’ve got to remember that you’re on a coach tour, not a plane or train, to get to the places you want to see, it does take time! Yes your feeder coaches do take time to get to the interchange, but the higher up the country you are, naturally the longer it’s going to take! I have NEVER had a problem with the drivers. They are always polite, courteous and accommodating. The general public are the general public, and can be very mentally tiring at times! Don’t forget the drivers are also leaving their family for weeks, sometimes months at a time, and you never know what’s going on behind the scenes after all. Yes, the coaches have toilets on that sometimes can’t be used as full or temporarily broken. Sadly that’s just a fact that happens! Some tours are longer than others and they can’t just empty them wherever whenever! When this has happened extra toilet stops for 10/15 minutes have been added to accommodate. So yes they do listen. The guides have always been passionate about what their teaching, and I’ve only ever had one guide who was a little bit too much! The others have all let us listen to their talks or explore where ever we are instead, (we’re all on the trips for different reasons after all). The hotels on the battlefields tours are designed as stop over points, places to sleep, NOT places to spend days at relaxing and pondering life! But you spend the least amount of time there, and you should expect a bed and shower with a local breakfast, it’s not the ritz but why would expect it! At the end of the day I think of the coach tours as the ability to go and see historic sites and places with tour guides who know the places, that I may never get to go and see otherwise. Yes, sometimes you want more time in certain places, but the amount of places you get to see and go, you can’t expect to spend a lot of time in one place! Don’t forget that if you want to go back in the future yourself at least you know where you want to go! Here’s some of the photos, from varying ww1 and ww2 tours, for reference. You get out of the tours what you put into it. Embrace the opportunities, nothing in life will ever be 100% perfect! Things in life never are!!

I have just returned from Christmas In…
I have just returned from Christmas In The Austrian Lakes for singles with Leger Tours. The Tour was very well controlled throughout by the two drivers / guides who provided us with information of places of interest , kept the coach very clean plus lots of drinks and snacks and watering stops . All the hotels were very good with our guides taking care of all room allocations and our luggage. Booking with leger was very simple from day one , with details of pickup points and times plus transport details on both the outward trip and return journey. This was my first coach tour holiday but many more will follow and I will look towards Leger again
Just returned from Valkenburg, Acchen and Cologne Christmas Markets. Fabulous holiday, our drivers Alex and Dave were a scream and really made everyone feel special. Hotel in Valkenburg very clean and rooms spotless.Meals were OK first two nights but the last night was awful, good job I wasnt hungry.Early start back on Friday but hotel provided a packed breakfast bag for everyone. The only downside was the delay at Calais port but not Legers fault which had a knock on effect for feeder coach.Disappointed Sherrings coach did not provide hot drinks on the way home.Would travel with Leger again .
Do not book European coach travel unless you get appropriate information, the travel was extreme over 20 hours to get to Germany and over 21 hours to return, no refreshments offered on return journey and only 1 comfort break of 20 mins on the return. Definitely not recommended, I would never have booked this trip if I had the travel itinerary from the start, the xmas markets were great but I will fly or catch a train never again will I ever travel to the continent on a coach again
Joined Leger for trip to Ypres and the Somme. What a well organised trip. Everything worked like clockwork. The pick ups, the buses and drivers. Our hotel in Belgium was warm and clean with an excellent breakfast. Best of all was our guide Andrew. He was so knowledgeable about the WWII and had many amazing stories. We had 2 long days visiting many cemeteries and Battlefields. Very humbling and tragic. So many young men dying needlessly, on both sides. Everyone should visit to be made aware how fruitless war is.
DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK. Formal complaint has been made. Waiting for response. Hotel was totally unacceptable. Situated on a dangerous, extremely noisy, fast road. Hotel was well below standard. No AC or fans. Coach was ok and drivers great but company just not professional. Leger failed to book the correct amount of tickets for tours leaving people having paid and unable to go. Then expected to just wander around aimlessly. Cancelled multiple trips and tours last minute. Charged €60 pp for another tour which was only €16 on the ticket. Totally unsuitable for older or immobile customers. The list is too long. Just do not use this company and book elsewhere.
Great booking experiences
Great booking experiences. Have booked two trips to Austria for this year as follow: 04/01 - Spectacular Austria All Inclusive - 01/07. Booking ref. 1258890. Believe it was Craig I spoke to who was so friendly, efficient and informative. A credit to Leger. Well done! 06/01 - Fairy Tale Christmas in Austria - 21/12. Booking ref. 1260090. I spoke to Chloe who like Craig was efficient, friendly and very helpful. A credit to Leger. Well done! I must say that we have been travelling with Leger for nearly 20 years and have never had a bad booking experience. All holidays were excellent as well.
